You’ll also be living at one of Washington’s storied addresses, with full service amenities and an on-site Trader Joe’s!
The one-bedroom, one-bath condo enjoys a Great Room concept with living, dining and cooking spaces merging organically. Natural light floods in through full height windows, including massive sliders topped by a transom, opening to a charming Juliet balcony. Granite counters, Poggenpohl cabinetry, a Viking stove and a Sub-Zero fridge will complement your mealtime endeavors. Pendant lighting over the dining counter adds a dramatic touch.

Learn More About The ColumbiaA Landmark Building in the West End
The story behind this landmark building began 1866, when the Columbia Hospital for Women was established at the former Hill Mansion in Thomas Circle. The facility moved to its present West End location five years later and was subsequently rebuilt in 1916 with a grand Italianate design from noted architect Nathan C. Wyeth. The hospital closed its doors in 2002, and was extensively renovated and adapted to luxury residences.
Distinctive facades, lush lawns and a lovely brick circular front drive lend to the Columbia Residences’ unique charm. The location is also a huge bonus, less than a block from the new West End Neighborhood Library, and also about a block from the Francis Field dog park. You’ll find a host of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, including Tatte Bakery, Bourbon Coffee, Uptowner Café, Marcel’s by Robert Wiedmaier, Ris, Imperfecto and so many more.
In addition to the onsite TJ’s, there’s also a Whole Foods within walking distance. Outdoor adventures beckon, such as Rock Creek Trail, the C&O Canal, and the National Mall. The Foggy Bottom Farmers Market is a few blocks south of the Columbia, as is the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro. Also nearby is the Kennedy Center, as well as all the great attractions in next-door Georgetown.
