Accessing the Best of DC from The Waterview

The Waterview is just two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro with Blue, Orange and Silver Lines service. Residents can also have valets bring their cars around and hop right onto the George Washington Memorial Parkway which hugs the coastline and connects to other major roadways as well. The nearby Key Bridge leads directly into Georgetown while the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor is equally close at hand with a celebrated stretch of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

Rosslyn is a gateway community that has continued to evolve over the years.
