First place went to Somerset House with $2.85 Million. 2501 Pennsylvania, Wooster and Mercer, St. Nicholas, Flour Mill and The Whitman completed the rankings.

Somerset House was the winner followed by The Whitman, Yale Steam Laundry, The Artisan, 555 Mass and City Vista.
Highest Prices Per Square Foot
With $1,140.91 per square foot, Somerset House earned top position! Other top performers were 2501 Pennsylvania, Madrigal, The Whitman, The Odyssey and St. Nicholas.
Highest Price New Listings
The Oronoco listed a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath stunner for $4.495 million. The Ritz-Carlton West End had three new listings in the Top Six while The Watergate, Somerset House and 2424 Lofts also joined the leaders.
