We'll set up customized listing alerts with your individual needs in mind, including giving you access to the many properties that are currently for sale but not actively listed in the open market. If you like any homes that you see, just favorite them and we'll set up a virtual showing.
Step 3: Virtual Showings
We'll schedule virtual showings of your favorite properties via Facetime or your favorite video sharing platform—it’s never been easier to explore every square inch of the listings you love.
Step 4: Electronically Sign
You’ll have the flexibility to sign all documents electronically, from the comfort of your home.
Step 5: Inspection
Our inspectors will send you a thorough inspection report with detailed photos and descriptions, so there won’t be any surprises when you move in.
Step 6: Closing Time
Our mobile notary will bring your closing right to you. Some jurisdictions even allow a totally online closing. What could be easier?
Step 7: Welcome Home!
